"The ladies at this agency were very friendly, knowledgeable, patient in clarifying in depth what my new LOWER PRICED, SAME COVERAGE policy consisted of, and worked quickly. It was such a quick and easy transition! Oh andddd they’re bilingual! No language barriers for Spanish speaking families! WE NEED MORE OF THESE!!!"

"I received a phone call from State Farm asking me if I wanted to save some money on my Auto Insurance. I figured I would listen because I had a little time to lose. The state that I live in allows the insurance companies police themselves. I immediately gave basic information because all the insurance companies have all of your information. The representative quoted me a price 25% less than I was paying and I had even went so far as to remove medical or coverage for anyone in my vehicles that were injured! Raised my deductible to the roof. She put me in State Farm’s system and told me I could call my other insurance and get a refund. I waited three days and called my insurance company and canceled and the representative with the other insurance company asked me why didn’t call them and get a good quote with savings? I respectfully told him I have been with your company for 15 years and you have rates lower and I am supposed to call your company? He told me I am in good standing and if I ever wanted to come back it would not be a problem. I got a ACH refund for $187 dollars the same day. I am glad I answered that call from State Farm double the coverage a much lower deductible and all of the bells and whistles. And the lady at State Farm talked to me like I was a good friend or family."

"Took driving course on time. Sent to given email and confirmed. Later State Farm sent my family a bill for 50 dollars . Told it was taken care of. Now was sent a notice of a past due statement for 89 cents and if not paid will have a lapse of coverage. Not professional. Most likely will move on to a another company or agent"
